Make Homemade Tea by Reusing Leftover Juice Pulp

Juicing energizes us, rebooting and boosting our health but what about all the leftover juice pulp? Not to worry! There are many ways to make excellent tea by drying your juice pulp and reusing them later. 

Ingredients:

  • Juice Pulp

Steps:

  1. Spread the juice pulp on non-stick sheets 1/4 thick.
  2. Score into 1-inch squares.
  3. Using a dehydrator, dehydrate at 145° F for 1 hour, reduce heat to 115 ° F and continue to dry until completely dry, flipping once during dehydration, approximately 12–14 hours. Makes two trays. Boil the dried pulp with water and enjoy!
