Vegan Avocado Ice Cream Recipe

Avocado Ice Cream Recipe (with Ice Cream Strainer)

Ingredients:

  • 1 and a half avocados
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1/4 lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons of Matcha powder (optional) 

Steps:

  1. Freeze sliced avocados overnight or for 4 hours.
  2. Make a creamy whip from the coconut milk.
  3. Assemble Hurom Slow Juicer with an ice cream strainer.
  4. Add all prepared ingredients to the juicer and extract.
  5. Flavor with matcha powder to taste. Serve while cold. Enjoy!

 

Avocado Ice Cream Recipe (without an Ice Cream Strainer)

Ingredients:

  • 1 and a half avocados
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 3 teaspoons of Matcha powder (optional) 

Steps:

  1. Make a creamy whip from the coconut milk.
  2. Assemble Hurom Slow Juicer with a fine or a coarse strainer.
  3. Add all ingredients to the juicer and extract.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a freezer friendly container and freeze for about an hour or two.
  5. Use a mixer or your hands to mix the slightly frozen avocado cream.
  6. Repeat steps 4 & 5 until the texture is smooth. 
  7. Flavor with matcha powder to taste. Serve while cold. Enjoy!
