Avocado Ice Cream Recipe (with Ice Cream Strainer)
Ingredients:
- 1 and a half avocados
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1/4 lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons of Matcha powder (optional)
Steps:
- Freeze sliced avocados overnight or for 4 hours.
- Make a creamy whip from the coconut milk.
- Assemble Hurom Slow Juicer with an ice cream strainer.
- Add all prepared ingredients to the juicer and extract.
- Flavor with matcha powder to taste. Serve while cold. Enjoy!
Avocado Ice Cream Recipe (without an Ice Cream Strainer)
Ingredients:
- 1 and a half avocados
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1/4 lemon
- 3 teaspoons of Matcha powder (optional)
Steps:
- Make a creamy whip from the coconut milk.
- Assemble Hurom Slow Juicer with a fine or a coarse strainer.
- Add all ingredients to the juicer and extract.
- Transfer the mixture into a freezer friendly container and freeze for about an hour or two.
- Use a mixer or your hands to mix the slightly frozen avocado cream.
- Repeat steps 4 & 5 until the texture is smooth.
- Flavor with matcha powder to taste. Serve while cold. Enjoy!
