- Lower Cholesterol
- 2 cups of carrots
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of grapes
- 2 cups of pears
- Chop purple carrots into smaller pieces with about 2 inches in length. Grapes are washed after taking them off one by one. Slice unpeeled pears in half and divide into 6 parts.
