Hurom Blueberry Ice Cream Recipe

Nicecream is our favorite guilt-free treat. Try making this healthy and delicious Blueberry Ice Cream with a Hurom Slow Juicer, or using a blender.

 

Blueberry Ice Cream with a Hurom Slow Juicer

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Yogurt
  • 2 Cups of Blueberries
  • A tsp of honey (optional)

Steps:

  1. Fill an ice cube tray with yogurt and blueberries. 
  2. Freeze the ingredients in the ice cube tray overnight or for 6-8 hours.
  3. Assemble a Hurom Slow Juicer with an ice cream strainer.
  4. Add all prepared ingredients to the juicer and extract.
  5. Serve while cold. Enjoy!

 

Blueberry Ice Cream with the Hurom High Speed Blender

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Yogurt
  • 2 Cups of Blueberries
  • A little bit of Honey (optional with taste)

Steps:

  1. In a Hurom Hexa Blade High Speed Blender, add all prepared ingredients to the blender, and blend using the "Smoothie" auto-setting.
  2. When the texture is smooth (or when the Smoothie setting has ended), transfer the blended content into an empty container.
  3. Freeze the blended mixture overnight or for 6-8 hours.
  4. Serve while cold. Enjoy!
