Health Benefits of Watermelon


A summer favorite amongst many, watermelon will provide the additional hydration to any juice recipes. It also contains nutrients and plant compounds that can help with preventing cancer and improving heart health.

        Ingredients:

        • 2 cups of watermelon (With Rinds)
        • 1 cup of strawberries
        • 1/2 lime (optional)

        Steps:
