Hurom Juice Recipe: Stress Relief Juice

Vitamin U, a special component in cabbages, is effective in protecting and strengthening the gastric/duodenal mucous membrane. Accordingly, eating cabbages contributes to making your stomach healthy.  

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of yams
  • 2 cups of cabbages
  • 3 cups of pears

    Instructions:

    1. Slice pears in half and divide into 6 parts without peeling. Chop cabbages and yams into smaller pieces with about 2 inches in length.
    2. Put yams, cabbages, and pears into your Hurom Slow Juicer and juice.
