- 1 cup of boiled beans
- 1/2 cup of spinach
- 2 cups of apples
- Soak soybeans in water for about a day and boil; spinaches are cut in 2 inches in length, and apples (remove seeds) are cut in half and divided into 4 parts.
- Put boiled soybeans, spinaches and apples into Hurom and juice them.
