Hurom Healthy Recipe: Oat Milk

Oat milk is a good choice for anyone who is allergic or intolerant to dairy and/or nuts as well as those looking to limit saturated fat in their diets. It's even safe, generally, for people who have a gluten intolerance.  


  • 2 cups of oats
  • 2 cups of water
  • A thumb of turmeric (optional) 


    1. Simple soak oats in water for 6-8 hours and juice with a fine strainer.
    2. Rotate between putting oats and water in 1:1 ratio, and voila, you just made all-natural oat milk at home! 
    3. Optional: add a thumb of turmeric in the juicer to make the perfect golden milk for your gut.
